youth-oriented regional think tank on socio-political policy. The Think tank is
informed by evidence-based socio-political research for policy formulation and
implementation as well as monitoring and evaluation.
Our dictum is ‘Litteratos et
Progressum’ which is Latin for ‘Experts and Development’.
Intellectus Consultancy has a
multi-sectoral and multi-disciplinary team of experts with knowledge and
experience in diverse areas of expertise.
‘It is not enough to have knowledge, one must
also apply it. It is not enough to have wishes, one must also accomplish’.
Those were the wise words of the Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. This in essence
calls for the humanity to gain, create and utilize knowledge for their
advancement and the prosperity of the whole universe. Plotinus also added that
Knowledge, if it does not determine action, is dead to us. Thus, the intellect
and with which specially belong to the Homo Sapiens should and ought to be
practically put into use to achieve eudemonia. This is the pinnacle on which

IC is a youth
oriented firm that also seeks to engage the youth in intellectual discourse for
positive development.

society through evidence based research and apply the same for the region to
realize its full development potential by influencing policy design,
formulation and implementation locally, regionally and internationally.
